Owners must at all times and at their own expense carry all risk insurance in the amount of the replacement cost of their Living Unit, naming the SSV HOA as either (i) an Additional Insured or (ii) an Interested Party or Additional Interest. 


The insurance type must be for townhomes (i.e. HO3), not for a condominium (HO6).


Upon taking title to their townhome, Owners are required to submit to the Management Company a copy of their insurance policy meeting the HOA requirements as set forth in the Insurance Guidelines. 


Proof of insurance meeting the HOA requirements set forth in the Insurance Guidelines must be sent by each Owner to the Management Company by January 31st of each year.
